- Mandatory/Optional: This survey module comes with options of mandatory or optional. OEMs can always change the setting in backend before creating a survey. Like in case of mandatory survey, any dealer will not be able to proceed further without completing this survey. If the settings are set on optional by OEMs, authorized dealers will have the option to move forward without completing it.
